I keep loosing weight. In 8 months so far I lost 80 lbs. Which is great and amazing. Watching what you eat. Eating small amounts. All the time I'm dropping clothes sizes. When you go from wearing large and xlarge to smalls and xsmalls it's a big change.
A lesson I've done which is a mistake. I buy new clothes and a month later I need new again. Yes for girls I understand bra sizes will change and of course we need them. I'm in love with Victoria Secrets. Sometimes I buy clothes new and end up not wearing it. I still have the tags on. So I'm able to return some. Now I'm in between sizes on jeans. If I go smaller it is a little tight to move in. If I go bigger it is a little loose. I always had skinny legs though.
Now that I lost a lot I cleaned out my draws and closest. I had one big huge box and 9 big bags of clothes that were big on me. At least that is what I have gone through so far. I can't believe when I try on so much old clothes how big they are on me. 99% is clothes I can't even try to wear now. Maybe a sweatshirt big just. Even when I wear off shoulder shirts in the mirror and pictures my shoulders look so much closer now.
A lesson and tip to do is especially if you loose weight in the winter clothes can be worn bigger. I also would wear sweat pants and yoga fold over pants. Even if sweats are big you can pull the string tighter. Yoga pants you can just fold over. I'm not at the age of squeezing myself into tight clothes. I rather be comfortable.
This has been a big journey.
