Facing the Battles

The world today is so disgusting. People are viewed more based on their looks then personality. The world has become very judge mental .  For instance dating sites . Both men and women look at people's pictures not knowing them personality . Many people will only swipe or click on your dating profile based on your picture. So if someone thinks your hot or cute they will message you. If someone isn't as attractive then people will not click their page. It's all about personality and knowing someone . Giving someone a chance . How many people actually read someones profile. I'm not on any dating sites. I remember when I was over 2 1/2 -3 years ago, people would message me. Right away I knew they clicked because they liked the picture. They never read my profile based on messages I got.  More and more people today use dating sites just for hook ups.                                            One day at the mall I decided to look around a gadget store. I found grow a boyfriend. I thought it was so funny. Though that day I decided not to buy it. After taking a picture holding it, I posted it online. I got asked if I brought it. I regretted not buying it. I finally a week later I found it online and order it for a penny. It is a cheap date.          For many years I always had bad luck with guys. I end up just friends with guys, or finding guys that are not relationship material. I met a bunch that are just looking for hook ups, cheaters, liars, stalkers, drunks, or drug addicts. I been through it all.  One time I was in a relationship went to the movies valentines day and had to pay for myself. I thought really? People will always say there's only one guy they want. Even if you or they have to change just to be with person, they want to be with. I come to realize there is no Mr. right. No one is perfect. Everyone & every relationship is going to have problems. People are going to make wrong choices , bad decisions , & of course good decisions. Always be with the one person you truly want to be with. As long as they make you happy. If your crying everyday then is he really worth your tears. There is no Mr. right. The perfect man will always be there for you. He will always be by your side in good times & bad. He will make you smile & laugh. He will be the only person you can see yourself with. Even if one thing goes bad he will know he has to change. If he really cares about you he will make you happy!

This happened a few years ago. A family member whom I'm not even close with and barely ever see. So she tells me she has the perfect guy for me to meet. The guy calls me. We spoke on the phone. He was really quite so I figured ok he is shy. He asks me if I can meet him 2 days later. I wasn't even thrilled. I tell him ok and to meet me by a local restaurant by my house. The day arrived I go to meet him. He calls me are you here. I said almost. He tells me he outside the restaurant wearing black pants and what not. In life sometimes you are not sure what you should do. Sometimes there's something or someone you always wanted. Though you might be scared to tell them the truth of how you really feel. Sometimes you think if you take a chance it might ruin everything. Sometimes you might think you'll fail . So what are you suppose to do? I learned always go for what you want because if you don't you will always regret it. Always follow your heart. If you take a chance everything might turn out perfect, or everything might get ruined . At least then you'll know you tried. The only tears worth crying about is if everything gets ruined, not if u didn't try. The only smiles worth smiling about is if everything turns out perfect. Everything happens for a reason . What's meant to be will be .
