Glee did Original Songs

I been a big fan of Glee since the show started. I even met the cast. It was awesome. I think original songs was something they should keep doing!!! I def think it was the best ep ever. Lea Michele is a big insiperation. I think the words of these songs def have a lot of meaning in team.

The cast members of the hit tv show Glee came to a local mall by me in 2009. I love the show. I always been into singing, musicals, and acting. I actually haven't ran to meet any celebs in a long time.

The wait just to get a wristband was a 3hr wait outside around the mall. They gave out 400 wristbands. I actually got the 380 wristband. Lucky me. I started to feel like a teeny bopper again. I thought after ok I have a wristband , I'll come back later. I leave the mall on the other side. I see a lining forming for the meet and greet. I ran to get breakfast. After waited on the line 2hrs to finally meet the cast. It was so crazy. I started to think it was even more insane then when I met NKOTB at walmart.

I'm waiting on line you see Newsday interviewing fans, photos being taking, video cameras. I got ask if I wanted to be interviewed for a sony promo for glee. Of course I would do it. Finally after waiting and waiting the cast finally comes out. I have never seen the mall as crazy as it was.

The security weren't that nice. They tell us we can't take pics once we are at the tables. The only pics we can get is the ones from the line. Only problem is security would walk in the way every time you wanted to take a picture. Then I started to have a covo with the girl that plays Quinn. Security starts pushing you got to move down. She felt bad too she kept talking to. I still had a good time meeting everyone !

How to know your Nissen fundoplation failed

How I know my Nissen fundoplation failed and slips. I had got burning pain so badly pain in my stomach and heart burn. I would fell the burning going up. Sometimes I couldn't even sit up. I would lay down for a while. Nothing would help the pain go away. It would last and be on going. I would never throw up anymore. Then all of a sudden I threw up. After two surgeries I had to have it open thoracic. The pain and recovery was hard. T

Vitamins

Talking about vitamins in general and after stomach surgeries. I hate pills. I crush everything , take liquid or take chewable. Well I found about patch md. They make patches. Which helps a lot because not everyone can swallow or likes flavors of certain pills. My blood result came back everything was normal. Which means they do absorb and work. I wear the patches at night . When I was away I did flinstone chewables and caltrate chewable vitamins. Also if my order don’t come in time , I forget to order more I take them. Both flavor taste good . The only thing low was iron, that I’m anemic . Which I had brought a liquid from whole food, chewable from vitamin shop , and liquid of wellness . I haven’t tried any but the chewable. The taste of it is good. I take one a day with breakfast. It does not bother my stomach either . Also I take dissolvable biotin. As well as I use certain it’s a ten and vitamin E hair products. Another I take is b12 dissolvable. I know people ask flavor taste? The

Gnc lean bar new flavors shamrock and white chocolate

They just came out w white chocolate and for st paddy day shamrock flavor . I love the peanut butter ones and snickerdoodle they had during Xmas . White chocolate is good too . Now for all of you that love shamrock flavor mint you should try it , it’s like eating a McDonald’s shamrock shake but healthier I guess the way I should put it . Though it wasn’t minty were it hurts the stomach at least the one I tried so far didn’t eat them all yet lol . Some mint projects are to minty for the stomach . Well that’s my shoppers review of the new product flavors !! These are amazing bars !
